Making short work of contaminants in wastewater

Utilising our state-of-the-art laboratory, Global Resource Recovery locates and confirms any pollutants present, and then formulates and stimulates treatment methodologies that can be applied in our physiochemical plant. We discharge or recycle clean water, and solid material is dewatered through a filter press, before being sent to thermal treatment plants or landfill.

Our facility also has a reverse osmosis unit to remove salt, making them well equipped to process brine and high saline waste streams.

We test every waste stream received to deliver a bespoke solution in compliance with Trade Waste Agreement guidelines. Combining rigorously lab-tested treatments with industry-leading technologies, GRR provides a range of physiochemical wastewater treatment services from our licensed facility in the Northern Territory. Our wastewater systems ensures a range of contaminants are properly dealt with, including:

Heavy metals
Condensate
Ammonia
Sulphates
Suspended solids
Amine wash waters with piperazine and inorganic salts
